The Barcel� Anfa Casablanca offers a quiet stay with excellent soundproofing for outside noise. The rooms are clean and provide great views of the city and the sea. It is considered a good value for (Read More)the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room service meals are of high quality. Despite the rooms being slightly smaller than expected, it is a comfortable option for those visiting Casablanca.

Didnt meet my expectations

Hotel staff was very helpful and timely responsive to requests and the cleanliness of the facilities were very good.

Breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel. Wellness facilities was very poor. Worst thing was that they charged me more than double price (700) for airport transfer vs taxi market rate (300). Finally it felt they had a secret arrangement with taxi drivers to charge hotel residents more as my trip back to the hotel always costed significantly less. For the same distance taxi rates I was charged varied from 20-100 MAD and a taxi driver showed a different price list for Barcelo Anfa residents!

Wonderful hotel with excellent people.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Zineb checked us in and helped us several times, always with a smile. Teresa, the manager, was wonderful. She also welcomed us at check in and helped us get medical help when our child hurt her ankle. I cant say enough nice things about how well we were treated. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The decor everywhere is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and so clean. Shower was great. We werent able to use the pool, but it looked inviting. We would definitely come back and plan to stay at Barcel hotels elsewhere.

A Good average hotel

The hotel was good overall, but not value for money

The bathroom had ants, and the room didnt feel clean. The room service was below average. And the resturant in the hotel had one of the slowest bad service i had.
