    It's a resort
    The hotel breakfast is really great. There is a lot of selections and the pastries in particular are great!
    Not a big deal but it is some distance away from the places you need to see and visit in Seville. To make up for the distance you need to book a taxi or uber to get to the centre.

    The hospitality
    On Christmas eve we asked if there was an availability and the gentleman/waiter was bothered even though there was a table available...we were sat but we were rushed the entire time. And we subsequently got food poising. And were devastated ... we were unable to attend midnight mass that evening and the next dat...Christmas day! We traveled to Spain for Christmas for the experience to go to mass at the Cathedral.

    Great comfortable place with amazing services and staff
    Beautiful building and room. Very big and Comfortable bed, great blinds, shower and amenities such as gym, pool and restaurants. The bedroom door kept noise out of the room. Room service was great and staff were very friendly
    Perhaps there werent many vegan options at the restaurants although we were able to find some. Also the hotel was a tiny bit far from the city centre but there isnt much you can do about that.

    Staff were brilliant, friendly helpful and informative. Very impressed with room service being available 24 hours over the holiday period. Especially room service at 23:30 on 24th. Thank you very much.
