Love the place. most friendly and helpfull staff. And its my second time book the best room Sanctuary suite

The aircond in the room not to cold. Even adjust to 20 celcius, im sweating. And my second stay i have issue with my dine in room food. The first time i order 2 years back, i ate aglio olio and abit tasteless. And this time i ate carbonara is good, but my wife ordered the steak and there is someone curly blonde hair at her steak.

Fantastic as always and easily the best 5 star hotel in Bt Bintang area in KL

As great as always, easily the best 5 star hotel in bukit bintang area in KL. Breakfast is also fantastic, as are the rooms and service all round.

Amazing and spectacular! Cant wait to visit Malaysia again!

The hospitality was so good! I got there the day before my birthday and I already had decorations in my room for my birthday which made me feel so special. The following day ( my actual birthday) at breakfast I got the staff to sing for me and present me with a birthday cookie and candles to blow, it was so lovely. The rooms are also very spacious and the hotel is located right in the center so we could walk to Jalan alor and the rest of bukit bintang. The staff was also very caring, my friend didnt like the taste of the water in our room and they gave us a carton of water in the middle of the night.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond. They allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room to one with a breathtaking sunrise view. The thoughtful touch of serving breakfast instead of self-service added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

The aircondition is not adjustable it was warm during the night and the complimentary foods can be better

Perfect place to stay

The location of this hotel is perfect, its almost in a city center. Nearly just in 5 min walk you can find mall. The hotel is nice decorated, the hotels room amazing. Comfortable bed, big space for wardrobe but the star for all of this thing is the bath which is has a panoramic views on the city and Petronas Twin Tower. About food this depends on you as everyone has a different taste. As for me it was tasty but not very good. I was ordered fish and chips. At the top you can find bar and restaurant with good quality drinks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I can write a lot of positive reviews but its better to try it. If we come back to Kuala Lumpur again definitely we will stay in this hotel.
