Good- lose the stupid fees and dont charge the $50 deposit unless there is damage.

Overall good

Extra fees at checkin not mentioned at booking time as well as $50 deposit that was reimbursed however it cost me $5 because of the exchange rate back to Canadian $$

Everything saff , close to venue, beautiful interior, staff friendly, clean

Noise from room above sounded like stomping , and lots of it , and could hear their tv. Soundproofing floors might be good

Superb

I loved everything about the hotel. I got the Lewiston retreat massage, which is absolutely AMAZING! Staff were friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel!

The people above me were very loud. That could be the age of the building tho.

Christmas shopping.

Great value for money, beautiful location and comfortable warm room. Breakfast was an added bonus, good selection of hot and cold items, great coffee!! Needed toothpaste and was able to get from reception.

Pillows were a little lumpy, sink repairs let the room down a little, other than that, nothing, just those little things.
