Would have been a great all round experience if it wasn't for the night manager. He ruined it.

The upgraded room was good. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was good.

The older night manager at the front desk was what let the entire hotel down. As we all know the front desk are the face of the company and this manager was a massive turn off. He was unpleasant, unhelpful and unfriendly. He never smiled and really couldn't care less if we were there or not, this really set the tone for the our entire stay and kind of ruined what could have been a really nice experience. If I was the owner I would fire him immediately. All the other staff were fantastic except for the guy who was assisting the miserable night manager - this guy was super nice but had obviously had his soul destroyed by his boss.

Big and nice breakfast clean bed but the property needs some revamp.

The breakfast was great ....many options and very good quality. Very clean bed and towels. The Reception staff was very helpful. Very honest staffs. Very big property. Very big swimming pool. Hotel is next to beach but lot of water activities go around so may not find find quiet.

Access to room was not easy but the helper helped us.... Property looks very old. Needs a serious maintenance/upgrade. Lot of mosquitos around since there was empty plot next-door. Our rooms were just above the kitchen and hence the smell and smoke. Found big and many cockroaches in the bathroom but the staff immediately helped to clear those. Toilets next to the swimming pool were very dirty and not operational.

Enjoyed our stay would definitely visit again.

Location, staff, great breakfast, rooms are nice and big with lots of cupboard space.

Our bathroom had lots of black mould in shower and around vanity, had to give it a good clean before we could use it.

All you need for r&r, excellent for families, just needs a slight refurbishment to be perfect

Lovely large pool, quiet residents and location is overlooking the sandy beach. Excellent food and service and staff. Excellent range of water sports on the beach: jet skiing, etc from 600k INDR for 4 people on 2 skis for 15 mins. Supermarket, restaurants and market souvenirs nearby. 6 minutes drive from turtle sanctuaries on other beach. In short, perfect for a fly and flop as its also around 30 minutes to the airport. (No noise or inconvenience from aircraft).

It was just jaded for western standards: old bed linen and tiles need replacing and industrial cleaning. The pool water discoloured light coloured swimwear.

every thing..location was very good, the view was excellent,rooms was comfortable, stuff was friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, restaurant was fantastic. there is no complain at all
