Overall, we had a good time in Punta Cana as a family vacation trip.

Great location and nice beach! Loved the Hindu Thali restaurant with a gorgeous view!

Way too many mosquitoes everywhere on the property!! All deserts and juice drinks are too sweet. The fruits qualities are not very good except for maybe papayas.

You could eat at other locations on property .

Staff didnt speak much English , found it a challenge to communicate . Everyone was an hustler , you ask about anything they try to take money off you .

Superb

The seating area in the main reception was beautiful. Plenty of loungers and tables on the terrace at the beach. The food in the buffet was excellent. The evening entertainment was of a high quality. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Effective AC Can't wait to go back. Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create such a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

I would like to caveat the comments below with the disclaimer that I fully appreciate these are first world problems in comparison to the living conditions of many of the residents of the DR and perhaps some of the staff that may even work in the hotel too. They were minor and did not in any way detract from our enjoyment of our holiday. The drawers in the bedroom had broken runners so couldn't be used. Safe in one of the rooms wasn't working.

The pool, the entreteiment at the pool was a plus.

Custormer service, the food, most of the employees were not happy helping with my needs. The mainance service did not work. I spent 4 days and my air conditioner did not work, called front desk sevaral times, the issue was never fixed.

I didnt like the fact the as soon as we walk in the rooms there was dirty clothes from pass people that stay in there. Thats one the second part was there was dirty glass in the sink they didnt clean the room. We ask for our room to be changed and they refuse. Also the food was not it good whoever is the chef needs to get fire ASAP respectfully and there the rooms have so much muskitos its crazy. Personally dont recommend
