Clean and quiet place trees and plants around are really nice . Breakfast was good.

Over all the stay was good

Good place to stay.

But parking space is very less. Scope to improve the Room service. Breakfast spread can be still better. Buffet dinner found little costly especially looking at the spread.

Very nicely maintained, especially in a place like Badami.

It is located on the main road. The rooms are clean and hygienic. We were upgraded to family suit from kings room and it was great. The suit has two rooms , two wash rooms, fridge and pantry with all the crockery. Real value for money. The property manager Ms Vijaylaxmi is really sweet , polite and helpful.

The property is built on not so big piece of land so all the cottages are very close to each other with no privacy for someone sitting on the porch. The other rooms and family suite are on 3 storey building at the back of the property.

Breakfast or Dinner options were very limited as accommodation was less. Same staff for cleaning, facility and serving.

Friendly, value for money place. Perfect for a short stay.

Large room, friendly staff and very well located.

Areas of improvement - 1. Food ought to have south Indian variety. It is only kolhapuri or south Maharashtrian during lunch and dinner and that too in badami. 2.The resort is a little cramped.
