Location in the city center and close to the train station SPA quality and originality Htel unusual design

Room on the second floor super noisy (restaurant, reception corridor and night club noises), fortunately the hotel staff offers us to move to another room. Taxi that should have picked up us at the train station never came, not really the best first impression.

Other than the noise from the party, great hotel and really friendly staff.

Great breakfast 10/10

I would have been fair to inform beforehand that the hotel had heavy volume party at the basement restaurant both nights we stayed there. We were in four floors higher but the bass was still disturbing until very late night/morning.

Superb

The hotel placement was convenient to the airport. And the facility was packed with things to see and do. The front desk girl took me downstairs one night where they had awhole 3 4 other rooms with live music, an art gallery a bar/restaurant and maybe even a movie room.

The bed pads were really thin. I think it was like 2 half cushions put together and covered. A real mattress would have made the stay exceptional.

Super nice and central location, very friendly staff

The artwork and messy, over-designed rooms are not for everyone. There are much nicer hotels from a design standpoint. A lot of things were simply bad taste and not very functional.

The property ambience is really comfortable, mordern and enjoyable.

The property staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jo from Thailand. He went beyond to ensure that we were well served even when we were waiting during our check in.

The areas around the spa rooms cld be made less slippery.

Would stay again!!!

I honestly didnt look hard at the pictures so I was surprised at the setup in the room where the bed was above. Loved the idea! The dinner at the restaurant was awesome! Breakfast on site was fantastic. Staff overall were super friendly and helpful!
