free bicycles, clean room and very little traffic

lovely place with clean rooms and friendly owners. this is a place for relaxing and bicycling in the countryside. i thought i booked a place in central Bangkok, but this was not it amazing how this area so close to Bangkok can feel so far away from any city

Peaceful Retreat in the green lung of Bangkok

Such a wonderful place to have a peaceful retreat. There are bicycles provided which is so useful to get around Bangkok island and explore :) The rooms are bright and comfortable. The beds are good. The owner is really kind!

It was impossible for us to order a ride from Grab whenever we wanted to leave the island and go to downtown Bangkok - most taxis and cabs refuse to come all the way here. We learned that being on the island is a lot like living in a rural area, so everything takes more time/logistics. We always had to bike to the port and take a boat across to the city. After a couple of days we got used to it though :)

Your hideaway in an urban garden.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Riding bicycles (provided free) around the neighborhood was fun.

There was only one chair and no table on the balcony. The room didn't really have anywhere comfortable to sit.

Heavenly!

This is a gorgeous spot where you feel like you're in the jungle even though you're at the edge of Bangkok. We extended our stay twice because we didn't want to leave. The owner is lovely and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The area is really pretty and has many unusual sights to explore on bike. A great experience!

The only downside was it's not so easy to find places to eat after dark, but we simply bought takeaway earlier on from one of the spots on the main road. There is even a microwave in the garden dining area so we had everything we need.

Good and quiet place

Room was clean, comfy bed, good A/C, believe it was inverter type. Helpful owner. Very quiet and peaceful place. Only a few minutes bike ride to restaurants and coffee shops. I have stayed by the river before but it can be noisy with shipping traffic all the time. This place is more inland and quiet.

Nature in Bangkok

Very clean, beautiful location, more nature than you could probably get anywhere else in Bangkok. Also there is sufficient offer of street food after a little walk and a super market. Highly recommendable!

Friendliest host

Very nice quiet green area, large clean room with balcony. Free bicycles included. Extremely kind host who went out of his way to help us! When we mentioned our difficulty in finding a restaurant due a public holiday, the owner immediately jumped on his Moto and 30 minutes later came back with delicious food served on plates and free mangoes from his garden, so kind!

The place is very clean and surrounded by nature. The owner is very nice. We could communicate with Google translate. He was very helpful to show me the places I could visit and you can use the bike of the guesthouse. He also brought on the end of my trip to the boat.

Nothing! For a single traveler its a bit more expensive to stay but I think that was for the whole the area if you want a room for yourself. But it was worth every dime. And its handy to bring some breakfast in the morning if you dont want to go out and eat.
