Staff , cleaning & politeness are excellent, breakfast very good, New Years Eve banquet was excellent

Only complaints are , we were staying near the reception and evening entertainment noise from the main street was heard until the early hours causing sleepless nights + theres a problem with sunbed reserving for hours and not using.

Incredible location, great staff and right on the beach!

The hotel offers everything you need. They are right on the beach, one of the only hotels that have loungers for their guests. They also have a stunning pool and great breakfasts. The hotel is down a panhandle away from all the mayhem of chaweng. I didnt realise it was such a party scene, but the hotel feels like an oasis away from that, while still being able to walk to all restaurants and bars.

The room was a bit basic but still very clean - it could just do with a revamp like the rest of the property.

villas in a garden under palm trees, a busy road full of shops and restaurants cannot be heard. location: it is fair to know that the hotel is close to the runway of the airport. I didn't mind. First flights around 7am, last 9pm. breakfast: less vegetables, but otherwise sufficient nice service

Noise from the disco until 4am :-( The beach in front of the hotel is clean, but there is a lot of plastic waste next to it. hard beds

Superb

We loved it, very cruisey, and easy.

The location is the best. Right on the beach, and has calm water out front, great for swimming. Plenty of sun lounges, great food and we liked the happy hour too.

Nothing not to like, but you can just hear the night club two doors up. But hey, its the best location in chaweng

Tranquility in the heart of Chaweng Beach.

An oasis in the busy Chewang Beach area. Given the location, its surprisingly quiet. The beach is amazing and the service friendly. The pool is tranquil and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff are worthy of a special mention for their attention to detail and how accommodating they are.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel.
