Superb

Location extremely good. Breakfast spread was superb. Staff very polite and helpful in guiding. (Also gave us an Istanbulkart card to top up and use) Room was neat and beds comfortable.

Bathroom was a bit small but the sauna room made up for it.

Memorable Stay

We were lucky enough to have selected a beautiful boutique hotel in the midst of all the action. Location was perfect if you dislike traffic and wasting time in taxies. The tram, train, ferry and main sights are within easy waking distance. Trains were easy to access most of where we needed to go. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was a home away from home. The management was kind and attentive to all our needs. Plenty of restaurants at the door of the hotel. Muzzue (apologies if I splelt the name wrong) was soo sweet and made sure our room was perfect everyday. Always smiling and spoke in a gentle voice. She was a pleasure to run into when ever we did. Overall I loved the hotel. A big heartelfelt thank you for your hospitality

The only con was, its a little noisy. It didn't bother us too much as it was all part the experience of staying in the midst of the action.
