The view from the hotel is incredibly scenic. The rooms are well equipt, beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable and staff tried their best to be as accommodating as possible. Close proximity to Khao San road made it extremely easy to catch taxis and tuktuks to get around.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff, given the language barrier, but again they were trying their best to understand and accommodate the whole timefrom ordering us taxis to helping us understand the average prices we should ask for in transport so as not to get swindled.

Ordering taxis at reception is definitely not the cheapest way.

Great place to stay for few days

Very clean. Pool on 5th floor roof clean and well kept. Good security and very helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Good location old city. Close to number of areas, Palace and not far from canal boat taxi stop to get downtown

Nothing about the property. Just construction being done nearby but that is true of lot of areas in Bangkok

Proximity to Grand Palace and other temples. Large stylish rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel if you want to be in the heart of old city, although hard to find nice restaurants nearby.

The bed was very comfy and room extremely spacious, and loved the decor, especially the bathroom. Breakfast had lots of choice!

Not a lot of nice restaurants nearby, good for street food, but most of the nicer restaurants are a taxi ride away.

Quiet stay in downtown Bangkok

The breakfast was okay. The room in general was perfect: good bed, good shower. The location of the hotel is good, near Khaosan Road (a must see) and The Golden Mount. There are some nice restaurants in the area. Although The hotel is located downtown Bangkok, it is in a relative quiet area.

The pool on the roof had no shades at all. Most of the time it was to hot to stay at the pool. There was nearly no wayfinding in the hotel (elevator).
