Superb

Very nice hotel, would recommend!

The location was great and the room was wonderful, very clean and spacious.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear some noises from the corridor.

Located at the center of the city of San Francisco. Axiom was clean,room is bright and clean, provided filtered water and ice in all floors. Secure entry to the room floors via elevator key card access

Very good refitted historic downtown hotel.

Very good historic downtown hotel. Recently redecorated. Room nice and clean, with everything needed. Good sized towel for shower. Reasonably quiet (it is downtown after all). 11ft ceilings make the rooms feel airy.

Decor could be less dark, but to each their own.

The lady from the front desk is really rude

The design is nice

When I arrived to the hotel, the lady from the front desk (it was Dec 7th 2023 around 17:00) was really rude with her answers when I was telling her that my partner was turning around to parking the car. The next day, I ask the same lady if I can have back my luggage that they kept for a couple of hours. She was pushing my shoulder bag with her foot instead of pick it up, she did the same with my partners luggage. (it was Dec 8th around 15:54). Finally, I asked her if she can call the valet to get ready my car, after 15 min I had to walk to the access and I saw the valet and he told me that he wasnt notify that I ordered my car. She doesnt have any clients attention or manners to deal with the belongings of the guests.

Very good

The location was perfect - within walking distance of so much and right next to public transportation for everything else. Steps to BART with a direct train to the airport. The staff was very helpful.

The room was small, which is in keeping with the price.
