It was a place to stay

Location to mountain biking trails

Highway side (which we were on) was WAY too loud all night long. Also, asked for a later checkout because of the lack of sleep from the residual noise from the highway and we were denied. We asked for a 1 oclock check out and were told that we needed to be out by 11 11:30 AM.

Pleasant stay but between hotel and Biltmore the cash goes fast.

The property was good for access to everything

I added a second night when I checked in and the Desk person said no problem it will be a couple of dollars more for Friday. I should have clarified because a couple of dollars more was $100 dollars more or about 35%. Well you live and learn.

It was clean.

The location wasn't convenient to restaurants. The only thing walkable was other hotels and outlet shopping. The bed was hard as a rock. The second night we were there someone was knocking on our door in the middle of the night for about an hour. We told him he had the wrong room but refused to believe us..
