Nice but somewhat isolated

This is a massive hotel, rooms were fine, nothing overly fancy. Location for me was a bit disappointing. I arrived around 9pm and there was very little eating possibilities around, and in fact most were already closed.

The location is not in the busy part of the city. If you're familiar with the transit system that's not a problem.

Disappointing

The staff were poor, unprofessional and discourteous. The hall way carpets were filthy. The pool cold and over chlorinated.

There private transport collaboration.

Staff is good but there system is too rigid to comfort guest regarding early checking even rooms r ready. System coerces to exploit guest for extracting more money above agreed price at the name of early checkin
