Nice but overpriced.

The views were nice from the room! Some of the staff were very nice. Centrally located - close to beach and restaurants.

It was very overpriced for what it was. There are lovely hotels on more secluded beaches for similar prices. The drinks from the bar were horrible, some of the staff were incredibly rude (at breakfast).

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ao Nang

Great location, friendly customer service and lovely monitor lizards walking around. Great place to stay if you into wild life on your doorstep:)

Great place, stunning views, friendly staff

We had a wonderful time at the resort. It offers stunning views over the bay with islands and cliffs from all over. The stuff was so friendly and would not let us walk anywhere with suitcases (they drove us up and down the hill with a sort of a doorless car :D ). We got upgraded to the Superior Villa with the private pool which was of course rather incredible and unexpected. We would like to give special thanks to Ging at the front desk who was beyond nice and welcoming and made us feel feel very at home there right from arrival. We also really enjoyed all the food, especially the fancy breakfast. The room was impeccably clean and luxuriously equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Better choice next time

Large beds and staff very friendly

The property is dated and worn out, the breakfast is hit and miss some days very busy and no tables. We went another day at 10.10 and they were concentrating more on cleaning up and they actually told 1 customer he had to be out in 10 mins.

Great location, lovely pool and rooftop views.

Spacious room, good views, cold AC. The staff were great in helping when I had any questions. I had to get my phone repaired and one of the staff members found me the local shop and even called them to ask if they're open.

To get to the breakfast cafe I had to take three elevators. The lighting in the bathroom isn't great for getting ready. Otherwise all else was great.

There are better value hotels in Ao Nang

Great view from room. 2nd time I stay here and same delayed check in process. Wifi not good and must give email and data to get access. Absolute disorganized chaos at breakfast buffet. Next time in Krabi will try a different hotel.

Check in process was delayed and room not ready as promised on 2 occasions. Additionally wifi requires personal e-mail to access and then slow wifi. Breakfast was absolutely disorganized chaos. I gave this place 2 trys; next year will seek a different option in Ao Nang

Breathtaking view from the clif.

Our villa has the million dollar view. we don't even have to go to the viewing deck to get it. the villa spacious and we love it. the staff we also nice and friendly.

The breakfast was a bit too westerners. We come to Thailand for Thai food. Sometimes, it is a bit nuisance to wait for the buggy.
