Our second time stay here. Budget property, close to Matri Mandir, family room was exactly we needed for overnight stay.

It is average

Compared to the other hotels, this was less expensive. Has drinking water. Has a restaurant attached to it, which is convenient.

The bedsheet had lizard droppings and the room had not been cleaned before we checked in. They cleaned it after we requested. Had to ask for basic amenities like towel in washroom, only then they gave it. The staff weren't helpful, didn't answer any basic questions about the neighbouring places to visit, only reply we got was "I don't know", to every question. It's very close to Auroville but quite far from all the beaches.

Room was spacious, Bed was comfortable & sufficient airy. Location is best, nearby Visitor's Centre.

Light was a bit dimming, no toiletries were provided only blanket & one hand towel.

lack of cleanliness, lack of hygiene, plumbing wasnt working in any of the bathrooms, either flush didnt work or the taps didnt work or the shower didnt work the beds were smelly and the sheets were not freshly washed rooms were dark without adequate natural or artificial lights

Good location.

I booked one night but stayed/booked 3 more nights. The owner was very kind and helpfull. Location is perfect and close to Auroville infocenter: walk distance. Had a good time.

Stay at Auro GP Guest house in December.

The location was good if you go by your own vehicle. It was calm and quiet. Mosquitos and bedbugs were not there. Hot water was available in the morning upto 9 am.

Bed was small (queens bed). Bathroom was too small. Buthroom fittings were old and broken. No toiletries were provided, not even a small soap. Insects were moving inside bathroom and room. No comforter / blanket / quilt were provided for night. No room service.
