Superb

Excellent location, walking distance to major attractions. Amazing staff, so kind and welcoming. Great breakfast, mix of western and Vietnamese dishes.

Would not return. Dont understand high rating.

Not much. Location was good.

Staff. Breakfast was poor by comparison to other Vietnamese hotels we have experienced. Air con in rooms was erratic - at times none - and then blasted. Nightclub next door was very loud. Poolside restaurant food was poor and much on menu was not available. Pool had a stale smell. Rooms are small with uncomfortable layout. No bathroom privacy - every toilet has a glass door/window - with a sheer blind! There was mould in our bedroom water jugs.
