The location of the unit was good. However, there are issues with a half faulty fan, parking that not lighted during day

Location was good as there are many food nearby.

The fan was either too slow or too fast. Bathroom is wet (we received a wet toilet when we check-in) and hard to be dry. The parking was dark during day time as the lights was not on. Its pretty dangerous as car not able to see us as we are walking towards the lift.

I am so disappointed with the process of the checking and also have to meet the host to collect the room keys. It's very troublesome. After collecting the key, I thought that we are able to check in at 3.00pm unfortunately we have to wait for additional 30 mins as the room is not ready and there is a delay in cleaning. Also, the location is not accessible and grab cannot come in. Imagine with children, we have to stop outside with our luggage to go in. We got our apartment in Block D and it's all the way in. So much of hassle in walk and come out. As for the apartment, it's very dirty and stinky. The toilet always flooded when showering and the bidet is very troublesome to use it. You should reconsider to change your whole apartment concept because it's too old. For 5 days 4 night, it's a nightmare for us. We kinda regret choosing Atlantis Residence as our accommodation. I hope you can rectify the situation because I believe for the next customer will not like all this stuff. Thanks!

The room was clean and comfy. Wifi was fast and stable. It's a one bedroom apartment but spacious. There 7-11 nearby.

The Aircon in the bedroom was a tad noisy.

Block D 3710 power supply very poor. Only supply lamp and fan. Other than that, totally out.

Power supply of the room block D 3710 is bad. First day already blackout then second day also facing the same problem. Electric supply only for the fan and lamp. Other than that are out of services. Hopefully the management will take it seriously about the power supply of the house. Thanks

Very good

One of the best staycation I had to be honest.

The apartment was very spacious, and there were two queen beds in each room. Great for families with kids. We were able to cook simple breakfast/lunch/dinner. There were adequate cookware available.

There were minor damage/defect to the house, for example the was a gap between the wall and the sliding door. I have already complained to the management and hopefully they will repair it. The shower head holder was broken when we checked in. The one major thing was one of the toilet had problems in flushing.
