Good

Location location location. The rental agent was helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful (other than the lack of cleanliness) and super close to V&A.

It was very dirty, and the security of the complex were very rude.

Superb

We stayed in Parergon 102; the location to the waterfront is super convenient, the apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. Really convenient to have a kitchen including a washer and dryer. Security was great and we always felt safe.

The apartment is a little dated and could do with a spruce up.
