Wont stay here again even for free!

View from the high floors are excellent. Instant hot water and endless in the shower.

Wish I could give this hotel a better review (I am originally from Hawaii) unfortunately the staff/hotel/policies really need to change. The elevators are quite awful - expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to go up/down. This frustration is shared amongst all guests bringing out a state of emergency attitude = push/shove at all costs. Every man for himself. Ive witnessed grown adults aggressively nudging even strollers with babies just to fit themselves into the elevator. The hotel does not have a service elevator and is split between permanent residents, guests and cleaning maids. You will stop on every floor going up/down. Going to the pool is a headache as the towel pickup location changes randomly between the 1st and 4th floor the pool is on the 6th floor and you cannot access the pool using the stairs. This forces you to take a gamble using the elevators which again can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. The pool is on the colder side normally fine if the pool gets sunlight! The pool only gets 2hrs of sunlight between 9-11am. In the afternoon a small sliver hits the pool for a few hours. Security will ask you to stop using any pool toys like a water football or splash ball but this rule is not posted on the pool rules sign. The senior security staff burnt out and useless. Rude right off the bat and seem very unhappy to be working. Parking might be fine for smaller cars if you have a vehicle over 6 you cannot fit into the parkade. No warning signs or proper clearance checks have been done (I drove in with a Dodge Ram and luckily backed out before scraping the roof - the parking attendant did not warn me whatsoever before I drove in) Hotel staff at the front desk overall are decent and not much of an issue to deal with.

I would consider coming back if I went through someone who privately owned one of the condos. Theirs are better maintain

I love the location and the set up of the condo.

The carpeting inside and outside the condo was very worn and dirty. The furniture looked old and worn. It could definitely use an update.

The location is close to everything.

The elevators are extremely slow, people really frustrating waiting up to 30 minutes to get on elevator. One day only two elevators works and the one elevator did not work our whole stay. The hotels staff are using the same elevator as the guest which was terrible. Hotels that are up to date have service elevators for the workers and maintenance. We booked with double beds and we received a room with two single beds for two adults. Beds were extremely small. The kitchen doors are all peeling, the whole room is extremely outdated. The do not look clean at all. The main door has a 4 inch gap at the bottom of it, the door didnt work properly. I had to go two or three times a day to get the card reset and with the slow elevators this was so frustrating. The front desk were not helpful at all when you went to ask a question. Each day people were lined up ask about the elevator repairs and what was being done abut it.

Great location

Be prepared to wait for long for the lifts. Not sufficient to cater to peak loads. Sometimes walking down 20 floors will be faster :) Parking attendents are slow; systems are slow. Can be automated.
