Superb

Amenities complete. The staff are so polite, the room so clean and comfy. And the welcome snack especially keripik ubi so delicious

The pool area should be non smoking area because there so many kids swim there.

A bit old but good value for money

Good location if want to explore the city area. It's only a walk away from Cihampelas Walk and not too far from Gedung Sate. There are many restaurants in the area as well so it's pretty easy to find lunch/dinner options. Check in was smooth. Room is clean and the pool is spacious. The staff were polite and kind. One security guy (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful when we told him that we forgot to ask the free parking ticket, he asked the concierge on behalf of us.

It's a bit rundown but overall the room/hotel is clean. The shower is not hot enough and the water pressure is quite weak. There's a problem in the sink, it seems a bit clogged. Breakfast option is limited but tastes okay/acceptable.

Overall good. Rooms are maintained well. Staffs are very helpful. Never experienced any delays or bad experience from the staffs. Thanks for the room service/ kitchen staffs for arranging food for my kids supper.Very helpful.

Bathroom towels are not upto the standards of Aston.Shower & jet sprayers having not enough pressure. TVs.

The Location. I like hotel locatiom that can reach the city easily

The price is so higher than other hotel. But the problem is...room is so old...the shower water is cold..not hot. Evem swimming pool is so small.... Oh my god..i feel regret.

Excellent hotel but with minor improvement i.e. iron and iron board needed in the room.

The location is strategic and staff were friendly

Should provide iron and iron board in the room rather than need to call house keeping and was told to use for 1 hour only.

Pleasant

Breakfast is just ok with enough choices. Room is spacious and clean

The FO is not so friendly. Exit from the car park to the main road is quite dangerous since there's a big tree blocking drivers' view from the traffic coming from the left side. Hotel should put caution sign on the main road or have the security to help vehicle when leaving the hotel.
