Very poor

No breakfast was served. The room was an attic room and very uncomfortable to get up and down. And the room was very cold.

Ok, a little overpriced, paper thin walls made me hear everyhting that my neighbours were doing

Simple check-in and check-out procedures, the room had everything necessary for a short stay. There are no real complaints about the room itself, there is excellent wifi.

There is only one criticism that can be made against the property. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the water dripping in my neighbor's shower, and conversations in the rooms around me were almost crystal clear. If you're traveling with someone, privacy is almost nonexistent. Sleeping was a challenge, on the night I was to fly out of Dublin my neighbors kept me up until 5 am, and I got almost no sleep.

I liked the location - 15-20min by bus to Dublin centre, and there's lots of necessity places like Lidl, Tesco, coffee shops, restaurants, a pharmacy just a few minute walk from the guest house. Wifi worked great, the bathroom was perfect for me (one person), bedding was super warm and soft, the kettle worked well, and there was a little room for storing my clothes. Also the little desk and chair came in handy for eating or computer work. Key worked fine :)

The heating was super inconsistent, no heating all day and then just a little in the evening. I spent a whole day at the hotel because of depression and stress, and I could hardly move outside of my bed because everything was cold - my clothes, all the furniture, the floors and walls. There's wind coming from the window, I blocked it with the curtain and two pillows, but it didn't help. This heating problem ruined the whole stay for me. And the TV was broken, physically broken. Couldn't even turn it on. And I had no help pulling two heavy suitcases upstairs, the staff I only met once and it was accidentally.

Skylight open all night and could not be closed. No staff present to assist. Hall lights came on randomly during the night, room number difficult to fathom out.

Last resort place if you need a bed only and are not fussy (or a normal human being). Very bad value

The location

Bar the location, it was the worse value for money place and accommodation that I ever stayed except for a trip to Cuba a few years ago. Its not a B+B its a Bed only. The room was small with child like beds, old mattresses, pillows and linen. There was the sound of a compressor or pump going on and off all night. In the end I got up at 6.30 and left. I now understand why it had availability as I neglected to go on trip advisor before booking, although the first review looked ok it was obviously a false review as they don't do food. Last resort place if you need to get a bed only otherwise avoid.

Glad we were only staying one night -

Location was good

For the price paid the standard was very poor - basically it was sold as a double room when in reality it was a single room quality of bedding was poor - portable tv on top of a single wardrobe !!! room was very small - tea coffee facilities on a tray on the floor -extremely over priced
