overeall i'm satisfy with the stay.

the size of the room was great, it has everything i need like microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine. the room also have seating area.

the tv channel could be improve with netflix and youtube. water filter would be great. more sign to go to the hotel from KL central station would be more helpful.

Great apartments with kitchen, views and comfortable bed. 4 min walk from central station.

Great location near the central station, and a friendly reception. Rooms have a good kitchen, bathroom, and nice views on higher floors. Due to my schedule haven't tried breakfast, but heard that it's ok. It's a good price/value balance with a comfortable access to the city.

Best. When coming to KL I will always book this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I spent a whole week, and it was very pleasant. I went to JB and came back to KL.. booking it again as my first choice

I felt bad taking ice from the Starbucks machine.. simple ice service could be nice to have.

Excellent Room and Location

Room is spacious. Bathroom was clean and shower was amazing. Despite not having the opportunity using the kitchen, it is complete with all basic items.

Nothing too significant. I only wished I could have stayed a little longer. I was on an overnight transit from Yogyakarta to Brunei.
