Exceeded all our expectations!

For a very reasonable price, we got an absolutely spacious and properly maintained 1-bedroom unit that included much-needed amenities, like a microwave oven, a water dispenser and a washing machine. Ascott was also excellently located in in Kuningan--part of Jakarta's CBD area--and was directly connected to the well-curated Lotte Mall. Most importantly, however, the property staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. Ascott was a joy to stay in...and we will definitely be returning!

Large room but poor condition for a 5 star description.

Location beside the mall was great and convenient. Plates and cutleries provided were convenient. Size of the room is huge.

The condition of the hotel isnt as good. Its nowhere near 5 star condition. Booking.com should be more truthful. Its probably an old 4 star by now. My first room didnt have proper aircon circulation and ventilation. Requested for a change and the second room had a faulty safe deposit box. The basin in the toilet had drain flies coming out of it. I had to flush hot water down for a while to clear them up. The carpets were dirty and obviously havent been cleaned for a while. The room smelled a bit musky. Some of the aircon vents had mould or paint peeling. The parquet floor had holes and uneven.

Its located at a very convenient location and the staff were exceptional. Specially Annisa, who went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We had a few last minute requests and Annisa was able to help us with it without any hassle at all. Absolutely fantastic service from her. Ikhsan was also helpful in ensuring our pressing needs were done well and on time. Great team in Ascott!

We were at the property 5 years ago and the property looked fantastic then. But this time around the rooms looked a bit dated and needs refurbishing. Breakfast was not great either.
