Best place to stay for one night after a long haul flight to Bali

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. So refreshing as I travel a lot of work and the service is better than some of the famous 5 star hotels I stay globally.

Good Location, helpful staff and nice gardens

The room is spacious. The location fits our needs. Breakfast was good as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has nice garden and outdoor spaces.

We stayed in the room in front of the main street, and it was too noisy until 10 or 11 PM. We cannot sleep well but luckily the staff upgraded us to more quiet room. The hotel has a bit strange layout, so you might need to take long walk to reach the exit or restaurant as the access to lift is only one in each floor.

Dirty windows , very noisy, loud music until 10-00 ,old renovation, no access to the beach, long walk to the beach, a lot of time is spent navigating through the labyrinths of the hotel to get to the elevator or the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed by us all

Staff were extremely helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Location was perfect in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit of a maze to get to our room, but really can not fault this hotel.

Some rooms great some rooms not so great but wonderful staff

Mixed review for this hotel, we were first checked into a first floor room and then swapped to a second floor room. Second floor room was great, huge comfy bed, peaceful, nice and clean. The location of the property is great really, next to small shops to get snacks, you can walk to the beach and its only 10 mins to the airport. The staff were really kind and attentive and didnt kick up any fuss about us swapping rooms so they are a 10/10.

If we hadnt first been put in Room 1 this review would have been a 10. Room 1 was right above the live music from the mall and truthfully that room is only suitable for someone that doesnt plan to be in the room until after 10pm(when music stops). Id suggest the hotel asks guests of their plans before putting someone in that room because it was SO loud. There was also a lot of mosquitos in it (didnt notice any in room 2), and the bathroom shower gel/shampoo pumps didnt work.
