Over all it ok but not up to the mark

Our Linen was full of stains. We gave benefit of doubts, some times it happens with laundry . However no one bother to change it nor bother to change although there is daily Housekeeping . Then we have to notify then it happen.

Cozy and good, but smelly

Good location just outside the city centre with good bus and mrt links. Food and drink options near the hotel are good.

It has a bad smell on the corridors? Hard to describe but like cigarettes and chemicals. We managed to get the smell out of our room with sprays, but the corridors are horrible and it hits you like a wall. The rooms are also microscopic. Like matchboxes. Even the upgraded loft rooms you would really struggle with a third suitcase. Regular room you can forget about a suitcase altogether and youll be playing jenga the whole time.

We were very unlucky with out room neighbours. Except for the thin walls. The hotel itself was okey. Rooms were big for

Rooms were big and comfortable. We got a free upgrade. Staff were nice

Walls are super thin so you could hear EVERYTHING your room neighbour was doing. Unfortunately we had people next to our room who refused to go to sleep even at 4am in the morning doing stuff. So I was not able to have a rest at all giving me slight panic attacks because you could literally hear everything. Regardless the staff were very nice, they told the neighbours off instantly after me complaining.

Exceptional

A modern, super clean, and conveniently located hotel

The location is great (just within walking distance of the MRT station); the hotel is modern; the room is clean; and the staff is professional and super friendly.

The Superior Queen room that I booked turned out to be quite small. However, I was offered a free room upgrade; so in the end it wasn't a negative experience. I'm just writing this for reference to future guests.
