Enjoyable Christmas break

Good variety for breakfast, location 10 min walk to centre next to a train station. Enjoyed the sound of Music tour lovely meal and mozart concert at the castle. Bonus it snowed before we arrived so everything looked so pretty. Enjoyed tge Xmas markets.

Would of liked a kettle in room so we could make ourselves a hot drink

Overpriced room with bad smells

Location convenient, close to train station Environmentally friendly as there is no disposable toothbrush etc

Sewage like disgusting smells intermittently came from the bathroom, looks like there is a leaky sewage pipe this is quite disappointing given the relatively new renovation Receptionist told us the breakfast time is 7-11am, but the next morning (which is 1/1) at 7:30am we found it closed! the hours had been changed to 8am -12 pm but the receptionist didnt give the correct information to us- we nearly ended up on empty stomach because we have to catch a bus tour soon and couldnt wait for the hotel breakfast. Room size and facility below expectation: eg there is no kettle or complimentary water in the room and the receptionist doesnt inform you of this, so you have to search around the room in thirst and in vain . finally on their wifi login homepage you see that you can borrow a kettle from the reception - had she told us in advance the lack of such basic facilities, I wouldnt have felt so bad. Overpriced relative to the room size and facilities (about 260 usd per night) Gym is small and disappointing too, with two dumbbells only and a few treadmill/cycling machines

Did the job. Overpriced.

Good breakfast, great views, good location, free mini bar items. Passable gymliterally, passable

There for 8 nights and ran out of shower gel, tissues. Bed sheets not changed once and same dirty glasses there for the duration. No way to open windows so no fresh air.

Great hotel with amazing views!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, mainly for the views from the bar/breakfast room which were absolutely incredible! Also the staff were really friendly and helpful, the reception were great when when we dropped our bags off and when we asked about the train situation (Munich was closed due to snow) The breakfast itself was great, as were the drinks at the bar which were reasonably priced. The facilities (shower, bed etc.) were also good, overall we liked the room

This isnt a complaint as its advertised as a modern hotel, and we knew what the room looked like before we booked it, but the room didnt feel that cosy. The only thing I would say is it was quite dusty in places, and its a shame the TV didnt work as a smart TV

The room is spacious, housekeeping and restaurant staffs are nice

Not many restaurants nearby, in particular during Christmas Eve, many of the shops closed earlier and nothing to eat except kebab

Exceptional

Very cool modern and clean hotel near the main railway station and not too far from the old town. Had a great view from our extended studio over snowcaped mountain and the castle. We had a very nice breakfast on the 15th floor with an awesome view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone.
