Ok. Not amazing.
Three related hotels, large property, beautiful pool and beach areas, staff very friendly and attentive, obviously enjoying working there.
Gondola food at best was fair. Lines long. People coughing without covering mouths, desk staff at El Manglar explicitly told re two of my kids allergies. Every day. Then minutes later our waiter asked the same. Bathtub took up too much room in bedrooms. Needs couch. Not enough electric sockets. My CPAP machine stopped working when my don left room in morning for breakfast. I woke up gasping for air. The promise of hotel credit was deceiving and angered us. It covered tequila packages which most people dont buy, some purses and expensive glasses. Got pressed to go to Grand and sat through awful 100 minute hard sell with six different people pushing, pushing, pushing. A real turn off.

Good place, nice staff, but just to be there in a no holiday season
The courtesy from all staff was excellent, however we could note that all of them were totally beyond their physical conditions once the resort had much more people (guests) than it could be received.
We DO NOT recommend that anyone travel to this resort during the holiday season; the Hotel was crowded, there was line and waiting time for everything and for a resort classified as 5 stars, it doesn't make sense since we paid a different price to have a 5 star comfort service but we didn't receive that. Just for example, to get a pool chair, we had to arrive at the pools at 07:30, otherwise there was no chair available; we had to complain to the staff and they took no action about it.

The weather was great, the staff were so friendly, very clean & look forward to going back.
Most of the Breakfast Buffet was good. Some foods you had to ask for, it seemed like they didn't want you eating all the really good foods too quickly.
The restaurants that did not require reservations had very long wait times. If you did 2 or 3 seating times, that would help clean it up. Otherwise you have to get to the restaurant door 1 hour before it opens at 6pm to get a table that night.
