Great location, excellent staff

The hotel location is perfect for travelling around New York. There is a subway station a few streets away and Times Square and the Empire State building are within walking distance. The lounge in the hotel is a great place to relax. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful and always willing to assist in whatever way they can.

The room is quite small but that is to be expected with a hotel in the centre of New York.

Some staff members were kind and helpful

The road the hotel is on isnt the safest. Its about a 15 min walk to times square. We were checked into the second floor and couldnt open the shutters during our stay as there were apartment buildings directly opposite and you could see through our room. On our last night, we had a stranger knock on our door, waking us up at 6:45am asking if we had reported anything broken in our room (which we had not). Not the kind of wake up you want on the day youre flying 12 hours. We reported this to reception who told us it couldnt have been maintenance and that it sounded very worrying. This left us feeling uneasy for the whole day. When we returned to head to the airport there was no update for us. I emailed and chased upon my return home after I was promised the manager would email me first, and was told that it was the engineer. A ridiculous and unapologetic excuse. A sorry would have gone an extremely long way considering the stress and worry it caused me being 4 months pregnant.

the hotel is beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, and the breakfast really great! highly recommend.

the rooms are on the smaller side and, on some of the days, we had to request for the rooms to be cleaned.

On the whole, it was a nice Hotel in a great location

I liked the LOCATION mostly, but the Hotel itself was very nice

The only criticism I would have is my room didnt have a wardrobe . . . If there were 2 adults here for a week, youd be living out your suitcase For a SINGLE traveller it was fine

Be careful when you choose this hotel

Its close to Times Square.

The staff. The housekeeper throw away a bag with souvenir and other stuff bought in Liberty Island. I talk to the receptionist that say I will get a refund for the items but I dont see the money. I try to email the hotel but nobody answer me.
