Exceptional

The location is totally strategic, private & quite despite its proximity to the Seminyak club area. It's easy to rent a motorcycle there & I easily make an appointment for an outsourced masseuse to massage me & my wife at our Villa. Staff are so helpful & friendly. Definitely would recommend anyone who's coming to Bali to stay here.

The perfect place for a quiet, relaxing time while still being close to the busy streets

Loved the serenity and silence of the villa. Seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle, not 5 minutes away from a busy road. Pool was very nice. Room service menu was very cheap for such a high end looking place. Beautiful place as advertised. Would love to stay again.

- Lunch/Dinner/Room Service menu couldve had more options. Only 5 main meals. - Area has quite a few mosquitos but the staff come and spray mosquito sprays at night - Bathrooms should have their own sliding door - Bedroom sliding door should be lockable from inside the bedroom

Stay very nice except during the check out.

Better put the shuttle service pickup/drop from location 1 to location 2 and hang it on the lobby wall. I got frustrated while check out.Host told that free shuttle service available at 300 PM to drop in airport. So we placed our luggage in the lobby and come back around 245PM and waiting for 30 minutes.Then around 315 PM we inquired when shuttle to airport will come? and they replied there is no shuttle to airport. During check out time they told free shuttle is there to airport then after 300PM they told no free shuttle available you should pay.

Breakfast can improve better.

Amazing and smart villa

Very chic and trendy! The calm and peaceful ambience, the space inside the villa, the architecture, the comfort and the establishment. Smart tv was good for netflix. And the amount of amenities was awesome! The gardens were nice too

It's not that big of a deal at all really, but the small doorway access to the villa was a little tiny. I never wanted to deal with opening both doors as it seems to be a little tricky to do so every time.

Overall, we could not fault our 9 day stay with Aria. They made us feel special and

Staff were amazing, they would leave little notes for us daily, they were so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. They surprised us with pancakes and candles for my husbands birthday without us ever mentioning it was his birthday. Theyre really sweet with all their gestures. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was big enough to swim across, it was fantastic.

Lovely relaxing stay able to walk to the beach and some close restaurants

Privacy of the villa was excellent. Pool was lovely and was actually cool. Outdoor kitchen handy although we did not cook or heat anything up. Airconditioning in the bedroom was great. Loved that there was an electric mozzie zapper in the room and that there was always a burning coil in the outdoor kitchen and bathroom area. As a result there were no issues with mosquitos.

I am not a fan of mosquito nets as l find them annoying although this is a personal preferance so l could have done without one. The lighting in the room was not the best for reading and there was not much desk space or a coffee table but these are minor issues. The only thing l did not like too much was how exposed the toilet was. You might not want to be there sharing with a friend!
