Very good

the breakfast was very good, the location is amazing, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

rooms need a little modernizing; the tv is old and small for today's standards, and the sound isolation is not good: we could hear the functionaning of airconductinigns/heating, or something through the conducts, all night long.

Good

Quite a big clean room in a hotel in the city center near to the main sights.

You can hear everything from the corridor between rooms. The breakfast is not very rich.

Disappointing and very loud staff.

The location was very good. I have no remarks on the infrasture either. Everything was clean and acceptable. The girl at the lobby/entrance tried her best. She recommended me a good rooftop restaurant.

The staff at breakfast was a disaster. At 06Hr30, breakfast opening hour, they were with 5 loudly talking and laughing amongst them in the kitchen while breakfast was not served and plates were empty. When they were willing, maybe around 07Hr00 they put eggs and bacon in the, until then, empty platters. They only thought about their own comfort and were not there to happily and politely service a customer. There was no chill music in the breakfast spot and it was cold. I was under the impresssion that the staff couldn't care less about their customers and wanted them out as fast as possible. My room was on the fifth floor. I believe it was next to the "office" of the cleaning staff. The noice was unbearable. the cleaning staff started at arount 05Hr00 and made no effort whatsoever to reduce noice, on the contrary, not even during the night. Also during the day, there was the continuous slamming of doors and loud talking and shouting in hallways. The young man at the lobby was not able to help me getting stamps for my postcards. He could not give any info and did no effort to look something up or ask someone else for help.

A good value stay

The hotel is located close to the main subway station and major attractions. The breakfast was fine. The room is a little outdated. The thermostat did not work properly. We had to turn it off in the mid of night because the room was too hot and turn it on when the room became too cold. The check-in process could be a little bit more welcoming.

Superb

Great value for money

Its location and the great price are the biggest features. Breakfast was included which was great. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was amazing, I needed to print a document and this was done asap with no extra charge.

The facilities are a bit worn down.

Good overnight stop.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, overall good value.

Extremely hot room. Air con not available and was advised to open window. The room was on a busy road which meant no sleep. Male staff member grumpy on arrival.
