Exceptional

We had an amazing stay and would go back the next time we're visiting. Very centrally located.

The owner of the hotel was very gracious in helping us arrive at the hotel and get us acquainted with the area. Free Coffee, and amazing views from the balcony were very memorable.

Ideally located for us and lovely stay at a great price for Tel Aviv!

Very large room with kitchen and living areas, private parking right below and always available espresso in the lovely courtyard.

Pleasant

A good place to rest your head, but don't expect much more

Good location, but in a quiet street, parking available

Booked bed and breakfast, but found out in the morning that there's no breakfast available. We were refunded but no one seemed to care very much about the mix up. Shower maintenance level was poor.

Superb

We didnt know what to expect in Tel Aviv but the Arbel and the city didnt disappoint. The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptional. My husband and I cant read Hebrew and when paying/trying to pay for our exit fees for the king Hussein border, the Arbel team were on the phone trying to help us. BIG thank you to them for taking the time to help us sort things out. As for the rooms, they were amazing! You even get delicious FREE coffee in the morning and ginger biscuits (to my husbands great surprise). We hope to visit again and highly recommend the hotel. Its close to everything you want to see without being in a noisy area.

The location was great for us. The coffee was tasty and the cookies were an excellent addition. The staff were super helpful and the checkout was quick and easy.
