The location

The quality of stay not good as the level of price level comparable in international level, especially the quality of maintenance inside the room and toilets Brocken shower pipes and not clean well as an international level. Finding the location not easy google map not working.

Highly enjoyable and relaxing.

Excellent service. Drivers are provided free accommodation. Great location overlooking lake. Ayurvedic massage at reasonable price. Staff eager to please and willing to accommodate every request. The restaurant even made special packed lunch for our road journey back. The manager Prateesh was extremely helpful. Noting from the passport that we were celebrating my birthday he had our room specially decorated and had a lovely cake baked and sent to us. Though laundry service was not available, he had our clothes washed and ironed. A staff even joined us for some games. Honestly, you cant find better service anywhere. Highly recommend.

Superb

Place is perfect

This place has a breathtaking view and it is just splendid. The food is just amazing. The rooms are great with a balcony view and the service is perfect.

What I didn't like though is that in the pics you see people boating in the lake. However, that is at some other place. The lake in front of the resort is not accessible to you or anyone. I felt tricked by the pics but it was my fault for not confirming that before booking the place.

Disappointing

The location of the property is very good, the way to the resort is very narrow though.

The room given to us doesn't have any view to the mountains or banasura lake. The room was not cleaned properly when we checked in, we need to get it cleaned and room freshner was used to get rid of the bad odour. There are limited options in buffet and food is not tasty, but they are charging 900 + tax per head. They are charging an exorbitant price for the room compared to the services and facilities available at the resort. It is not worth spending this much amount of money for this resort.
