Good location terrible services

Location n view.

They messed up my booking... Had to fight to get rooms we booked. 2 sr citizens n one handicapped , they wanted us to go to 1st fl without lift. They refused to budget but I told them I will put this on FB then they relented. Food service horrible. Tea served in mini cups. Waiters untrained.. toast comes way after omlette, tea cold...nobody cares.

excellent location, overlooking the lake. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake

Breakfast and foods were wonderful and the dining view was beautiful and the staffs were very kind and helpful for me.

In my room AC didn't work and it's damaged.

Aquarius is worth a visit

Location is excellent. Beautiful views. Outdoor dining area. Rooms good. Clean Good landscape. Nice facility for families with kids. Swings/ hammocks for adults with a cover in outdoor lawns would be very relaxing. Senior staff is good.

Bathroom needs to be non slippery. Separation of wet n dry areas. Service staff needs better training in attending guests.
