Everything is just right. The location is amazing. The staff - each and every one is efficient, pleasant and extremely helpful, when you need help. The rooms you are wonderful to get back to at the end of the day, with the bath robes and the slippres and the towel warmer, always clean and tidy. It's my second stay there, and I really see no reason for me to stay at any other hotel at my next trip to Venice.

Fantastic location with outstanding service.

The staff was outstanding in every regard. They went out of their way to make my spouse's Birthday breakfast memorable. Excellent location, all attractions can be easily reached by foot (or at least the next Vaporetto station) and it is very calm at night.

There was not really anything we didn't like but the hotel could benefit from a small wellness area or gym.

its was an incredible stay and I highly recommend the hotel the service was superb and the location was close to all at

loved that it was conveniently located, close to all amenities.

everything was great however as there is always room for improvement it would have been nice to have been given details of how to get to the hotel and know exactly which stop to get off in Venice, luckily we were assisted by the transport company that advised that we needed to get of at Rialto

Wonderful welcome from the staff, great location, was upgraded to Canal view room, couldn't ask for anything more as my partner was so happy, she adored the place. Room was spacious, and the attention to detail was perfect .. Venice in itself is an experience but what made it for us .. was this hotel .. Thank you
