The recep (Read More)tion area is small and not well maintained. The location is exceptional, with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are standard and in need of refurbishment, with no windows in the bathrooms leading to humidity issues. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall, a recommended hotel with an excellent location.

Good location, but very bad smelling rooms

Location is perfect because its close to all main monuments

The rooms had a very bad smell. For one room we were lucky and we could change it, but our friends had to stay in a bad smelling room because there was no alternative. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special

Superb

I like the location, is easy to go everywhere. The staff was great, the view from the terrace.

It was a problem with the mold in thr rooms, but i tell the receptionist and the next day was clean.

Great Location. Lovely Staff. Go for it!!

The location is perfect. Staff are amazing. Special mention to Ahmad!! They helped us with the tours and even requested the tour pick up to wait for us as we got little late while boarding. Please book from the hotel, it is the safest and cheapest.

Everything was good. No complains. We had an issue with the smell in the bathroom, later Ahmad clarified that its something they use to keep the washrooms clean and its normal there. So we understand. :)

Value for money

They maintain everything very well. The breakfast menu keep changing everyday.

They need to replace all the towels, some of the blankets and mattress covers had blood stains or some stains. Mattresses definitely needs an upgrade since they are not cosy any more.
