Superb

Lovely , lovely staff / food amazing & facilities superb

Loved the property , great location . Gorgeous food & very friendly staff / loved the pool / sauna & would definitely stay again

The only think was at night outside our room 10008 the floor boards were very creeky very noisy when people walked past & a lot of money for a view of the car park

Very good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms also had internal shutters to block out noise from the street. Centrally located.

The bed was a little too hard for me but fine for my kids and husband.

Location is good, staff are very helpful and friendly. We have the room with view of the castle which is great. Opposite are restaurants and cafes. walking distance to various places, including the train station

The cleanliness has room for improvement as there are things leftover in the room by previous guest.

Overpriced hotel sold on excellent location. Needs modernisation.

Excellent location, full size beds for a family room and excellent breakfast. Amazing view of the castle.

Totally over priced for the facilities offered. The bathroom needed modernisation ie shower over a bath and cracked sink disappointing.

Location was perfect, central and everything was easy to get too

Hotel is a little grubby, carpets stained and worn, door frames worn with paint off them, toilet in our room impossible to flush. And our room was beside the housekeeping store so after 6am all we heard was banging doors, staff laughing and talking loudly

Lovely location! Beautiful views, lovely clean rooms, wonderful staff who were patient and helpful with us in navigating a lost bag at the airport and delivery.

Very good

Spacious room, comfortable beds and good shower. The filter tap water on every floor was a nice surprise that made our lives easier. But what impressed us the most was that we had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful in calling the emergency services and supporting us with whatever we needed in a very stressful moment. Thank you!

It wasnt only the light but the mini fridge seemed to switch off when we took the card from the slot by the door, so until we realised that it was a bit unreliable to keep medication that needed refrigeration.
