Was spotlessly clean staff were polite and accommodating our room was ready hours before check in the room was cleaned to high standard was husbands 40 birthday was given upgrade on room and free drink each was a card in the room

Breakfast was a buffet-style english breakfast with an additional a la carte menu. The hotel had a private spa and sauna facilities. Very good value!

Location is great - hotel modern and clean with great facilities Kids loved the pool and the spa facilities were great We didnt eat breakfast at the hotel - wide selection of places on the doorstep including a coffee shop and a Weatherspoons so we did that instead - but restaurant area looked nice and we saw people enjoying afternoon tea

Excellent and comfortable family friendly hotel

The Apex hotel is excellent - its location is perfect for exploring Bath and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very comfortable and suited us, as a family of four, really well. The facilities, including the pool, are great and well maintained and we enjoyed all our meals.

Very beautiful modern building with that luxury feel. Ours was a 50th birthday break away and the hotel organised giant 50 balloons (at 15 extra cost), a greetings card, chocolate bar, rubber duck and gave us 2 complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. We were delighted and felt this was a really nice touch.

A few too many single use containers as toiletries and at breakfast. It seemed an awful waste!
