Very poor

very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel

Not sure if there was something we liked. Everything was below expectations what we would expect from 5 stars Cinnamon brand hotels.

Old and outdated hotel. Not sure how it can be rated 5 stars. After check-in, we waited over 1 hour to get luggage. Finally, when we came to get ourselves - then we got it. Room was very smelly and humid. Very loud ventilation, not possible to sleep. We ordered extra bed, when we booked the room. I asked 3 times to bring it. They brought it when we were sleeping already and we got just madras on the floor. Check-out process again, waited for luggage for over 20 min Another disappointing thing was food. A la carte restaurant was not working. We were informed that buffet costs 25 USD dollars, in the morning I found out that we were charged 75 USD per person! including our teenager because it was festive supplement. Buffet dinner was disaster, even it was a big choice, but food quality was disaster. Seafood was not possible to eat at all, everything not fresh and gummy.. At the bar - even they had long list of wines, nothing was available. Overall, very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel, since its far away from 5 stars hotel.

The view, the ease of checking in. The breakfast

The fact we had to wait 2.5 hours for our complementary high tea. We wanted it on arrival. We were told only 5pm. Then it came at 5:15pm delayed due to high volumes of people wanting it at 5pm. Then, allow people to have it earlier. The tea arrived 10 minutes later, when we'd finished the food.

Superb

Was a beautiful stay. The hotel is beautifully situated on the river side, every morning looking out at the river was peaceful and serene. The breakfast had an abundance of choices! the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The outdoor terrace was beautiful, we wished we have more time to enjoy the space. The decor was really good, the cultural vibe of the city meets modern design.

Excellent property. Excellent staff.

Excellent facilities. Staff was very attentive. "Anu" made a special effort to ask about our experience, and make sure our needs were met. We were very happy with the restaurant staff. The food was excellent.
