    The staff 's professionality, kindness and support Location is excellent Good breakfast
    The apartments are not cleaned during stay (we spent 5 nights) I consider they should be cleaned every three days.

    Very basic hotel in a terrific city
    The hotel is well situated to explore the city and surrounding areas, a short tram ride to the main train station; centre ville and many tourist sites are a short walk away. It's quite acceptable if you don't plan to spend any time in the room. Many guests had dogs which is a plus if you're traveling with a pet... or a minus if you have pet allergies.
    Very basic facility, the furniture was somewhat worn and depressing. No housekeeping at all in the rooms. No coffee available in the room or lobby, except at paid breakfast which was not a good value.

    Great location and everything you would need in apartment. The staff were super friendly as well
    One small thing would be the toilet doesnt have a sink and is in the shower room which is a bit annoying when you are sharing the apartment

    Nice studio apartment with a small kitchen in a convenient location
    Location and flexibility
    Pillows were too small and soft. Toilet was on opposite side of the apartment from the sink to wash hands.
