The buildin (Read More)g is secure with key card access. Some guests found the rooms a bit dated but they were clean and functional. The building has a museum on the 8th floor showcasing General MacArthur's office. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend the apartments for their central location and affordability.
