Real all inclusive package with outstanding food quality

Real all inclusive package with outstanding food quality. Nice and big gym, spa with professional staff and affordable prices. We had an issue in our room which was not properly addressed by the staff, but at the end as a sorry gift they gave us the late checkout for free. Nice and appreciated initiative.

Sun beds in the beach too close to each other. Front staff not too clear clear with the information provided. Too many events (wedding, company event, etc) during our stay which occupied part of the resort which was not accessible to the guests (one restaurant, a bar, etc)

Nice beach, good food , amazing nature

Beach is very nice, not so crowded. Casa Amate for dinner is fantastic. Trail for cycling and walking makes you feel in a jungle. Rooms are well designed and has everything you need. Very clean. You have in room dining in all inclusive package. Staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi coverage and speed is very good

Service is very slow in restaurants. We spend around 2 hours in Tinta de Pulpa for lunch and Casa Amate for dinner to have pr main courses. Lack of personnel in beach area. Beach is around 1 mile away from the rooms which you can ride a bicycle available everywhere. A bit boring at nights, nothing special for spending time. The restaurant for breakfast is relatively small so very crowded even queues to have a table.

great overall (and the food was excellent in terms of quality), but there is no way that we consumed $450 a day

great facilities, staff and location

the all inclusive package was too expensive and we didnt get a breakdown when we received the reservation confirmation, so it was an unexpected surprise when we checked out and got a much higher bill than expected - the all inclusive package is not a good idea

Fantastic resort near Playa del carmen

Lovely resort near Playa del Carmen. Used the gym daily, the beach was well catered and enjoyed using the bikes around the resort. The food in all the restaurants was very good, breakfast buffet was amazing.

Amazing family vacation.

I loved the beach, the climatized pool, the friendliness of the staff, the food. Everything was great.

I wished there had been bikes for small kids with two side wheels and maybe some activities, like night shows.

All the staff were amazing and helpful. Casa Amate and Sotavento delivered some of the best meal experiences I have had in my life! (Coming from someone who has enjoyed world class meals) the experience was beautiful all around.

Due to the covid test requirements to re-enter the US, I think it would be helpful for the staff to inform guests about the testing location and/or coordinate getting tested, upon arrival at the hotel. *I was not informed about the test site when I checked in at the property.
