Nice hotel and Very accommodating Staff

It's a very nice property and clean. The villa itself looks really nice. Your staff were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. From the front, restaurant and the rest. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

Again, I didn't book a villa to just swim in the pool, I just wanted to chill, but it's hard if it's too deep. My husband is 5 10' and he also said the same thing that it's tiring. It's nice to just drink and talk. I can't do that at your pool. Even the big pool was also so deep, it was exhausting.

The 3 bedroom villa was very nice and the pool in villa is a nice touch. Food at restaurant was very nice especially western dishes as they have a European head chef. Everywhere was very clean though a good distance from a swimmable beach area

My personal belonging went missing from my room. I didnt really expect that from a 5 star luxury hotel. It was an unfortunate event as the only time we left the room is for cleaning to be done. The hotel is also a bit of a walk from the area of the beach for swimming

Perfect architecture with every detail to make you feel its luxurious. The staff want to make your stay special and they were all very happy and accommodating.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also very spacious. I also love how they serve lots of local fruits and Thai tea at their breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in Kamala, so it is relatively far away from most tourist sites but booking a taxi was easy in Phuket so it was not a problem after all.
