Good

The hotel location was good, and the rooms were clean. It's definitely worth for value and comfort.

The only thing that I regret was the New Year's event that we booked with a hotel, and after spending that much money, we were not satisfied with the service of staff. They didn't know how to lead people seating and unorganised.

The 5 star rating on this hotel needs to be relooked at.

Where do I start, there was nothing I enjoyed about the hotel. We booked the NEW pool access suites for 6 nights of which we had to be moved to 3 different rooms as they smelt like mould. The foyer areas are seriously run down, the breakfast is below average- one cannot even order ice (without being charged). The gyms dont offer towels, water. There are rule books and rules pasted everywhere - we are at a hotel not school? This truly does NOT feel like a 5 star hotel.

Good

The swimming pool was nice and location great, just few minutes to the beach and from the famous road. Room was on the 5th floor and very spacious and cleaned daily.

The bathroom was badly designed, making it very hard to enter or exit the bath/shower. Water was going everywhere. A standard walking shower would have been simpler for everyone.

It was a good bang for the buck hotel

Spacious and modern room and big bed. Good poolbar Friendly stuff Close to patong beach

The breakfast was not that fresh and dont have many options. Relatively old bathroom The shower turned it self hot and cold all the time. The smell of the bedsheet wasnt fresh Room isnt soundproof

Very good

Overall was good even though the staff at the front desk was a bit rude to my friends during check in and out.

The location, size of the room was big and comfortable

The toilet sink was leaking and the bath area would flood after a while. Breakfast spread was the same except for the noodles during the stay. Also the THB 3000 cash deposit was inconvenient, the hotel should allow guests to charge this to their credit card, we ended up having extra cash.

Good

This was a great place to stay to bring in my birthday

I loved it here and would stay again. It was safe to walk out of your room and into the night life. My room was more than I expected for the price, breakfast was nice. It is around several clubs, bars, and restaurants.

The bathroom tub couldve been cleaned a bit better.
