The view and the pool is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The extra neon lights in the room were a nice addition.

When I arrived the bedding was dirty. Multiple body hairs and stains in the sheets. The sofa bed had multiple white and red stains suggesting intimate stains. They changed my room and again the same problem, a little cleaner however the sheets again had marks and curly body hairs. There was just the one male working in the entire hotel at the time so I asked for fresh sheets to change this one also. I was first told new sheets were not possible because housekeeping was gone home. I asked could he not just take them out of their storage cupboard (which he did) and we both made the bed. After this, the attitude was no longer nice For the price per night I expected a higher level of service and cleanliness. Be prepared to hear a lot of noise - your neighbours talking (down to every word) very thin walls. The mosque right beside the hotel calls out extremely loud at 5am, 5.30am, and again in the afternoon. If you are a light sleeper, this will wake you every morning.

Lovely stay for a couple

We both really enjoyed our time at this hotel during Christmas. The room was very comfortable, private and clean. Theres a nice 15-20min to the local beach and the night market.

Excellent hotel with amazing rooftop pool

Spacious room nice touch with the pool on our balcony! Friendly staff :) very helpful information lady in reception who assisted us with booking trips, transfers and moped hire. Nice rooftop pool with great view

Everything was great but only slight niggle was there was nowhere to hang wet clothes on the balcony or the bathroom could do with a few more hooks/rails

Having our own pool on the balcony was fantastic. Several good small restaurants within a quick walk if you don't want to walk the 20 minutes into town. Tours booking desk was great.

Spacious rooms, nice pool and viewing deck, ease of booking activities and renting motorbikes in a safe and trustworthy manner.

Seems empty even though it was fully booked. Staff take ages to clean. The room next door us had left there room service outside the front door for over 18 hours. Unless you rent a motorbike or car, getting to the main areas is not close and will be costly if you take taxis, even a Grab.

Generally positive experience with room for improvement

The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was kept really clean, and they cleaned it whenever we asked. It was spacious enough for a couple. The balcony pool was a cool addition, though not as amazing as I expected.

One drawback was the hotels distant location; without a bike or motorbike, it required a 15-20 minute walk to reach anything. On the upside, the quiet surroundings might appeal to some guests seeking a peaceful stay. However, a notable inconvenience was the rooftop bars frequent closures. This meant heading downstairs whenever I wanted a drink, and it often seemed closed without apparent reason. Additionally, I dont recommend opting for breakfast at the hotel. It was a bit disappointing cold, limited options, and not very tasty. Id suggest exploring breakfast options in the city for a better culinary experience.
