Very good

The pool is amazing, as is the Riverfront location. Breakfast is very varied offering and you have the option for inside or outside dining, though can be very busy. The Christmas day treats were a nice touch and appreciated.

Very busy over Christmas and new year, with nowhere near enough pool loungers. They had to bring out the foam mattresses and place them on the floor around the pool. Water round the pool, was infrequently topped up and often no cups. Toilet paper missing in the one poolside toilet. Signage could be better, can be very disorientating as such a huge site. Last minute cancellations to boat schedule annoying. However these are minor issues and I'd still look yo come back, though very expensive. Sister hotel next door, the Avani, might be as better option?

There were too many people, we couldn't reserve a table for dinner and watch the fireworks, on January 1 they didn't increase the breakfast schedule, we requested a room with a view of the river, and it couldn't be done either, in short, it's not worth paying so much for either...

Surroundings are good but room and staff is misleading

Property surroundings is great. Breakfast and breakfast area is awesome expect sun

I was not happy the way staff mislead guests with upgrades and put them in inconvenient or dirty rooms. So make sure when they say upgrading your room, before accepting check the room condition especially they have lot of old bathroom rooms which are not renovated and also rooms may stink. So just be careful with upgrade room and dont get tempted with that offer. You can hear the sound from room above when they flush. Pretty old rooms with no sound proof.

Fantastic experience

On arrival a lady named Dada greeted us. We were early, and could not check in but she helped us to the restaurant and then helped us get the room keys as early as possible. She took us personally to the room as we had a lot of bags and kids, and as we had a second room she took the time to ensure we had adjoining rooms and brought us up the second key as soon as it was available. She followed up with a call to check we were ok. Mind blown! What a fantastic arrival experience.

Well, the swimming pool was a little cold if I'm honest. Tolerable for me but the kids were out within 30 minutes.

Nice resort style accomodation in BKK

Service is exellent! And boat ride is wonderful even though we took the wrong boat! Pool area is very nice and also service over there!

The deluxe room needs a bit updating.

Relaxing and pleasurable repeat visit

I have stayed at the hotel before, when it was a Marriott. Love the location on the river, pool, ambience, rooms and the restaurants, except Trader Vics. Staff were lovely and helpful too. I shall be back!
