Lovely city to visit but we felt it was a little dated staying in Ana Mandela

Lovely location but we had a bit of a walk to get to breakfast..we are reasonably fit but some people may find it a challenge.

The shower over the bath..husband is tall ..its very dated & rather dangerous getting in and out.

Very nice hotel.

It was a beautiful location and villa. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea for free. The service is great. You may ask for assistance any time and they will help you. One of the hotel employees has friends where we booked an easyrider tour. Han and Liam came to pick us up with their motorbikes. We had a lovely day. Thanks a lot for everything.

One minor detail. It is a bit difficult to use the hairdryer. In the bathroom there is no electricity so you have to use the wall outlet near the mirror but then you have to sit on the floor to dry your hair because the cord is not long enough.

Wonderful stay with wonderful staff and property.

Property was beautiful.

The blow dryer was VERY difficult to use and kept stopping while I tried to dry my short hair.

I would rate this place 3+ out of 5 . It was a great one time experience but wont be returning.

Beautiful place, great service from the front desk staff.

Mosquitoes, flies. Got mosquito bites all over my legs. Flies were in the breakfast room on top of the food. Housekeeping staff kept rushing me to get out so they could clean the room even I had a do not disturb sign . Then she went to the back door and stuck her head inside my window asking me to leave . Other than that it was great

Pleasant and good except for the bath room and old furnitures

The. Cool environment surrounded by the tall pine trees is very refreshing

The rooms furniture ,made from wood are old and the cabinet cannot be close. I have informed the front office about it, and they promised to repair it the next day, but they never did. The long bath is too high to climb into it. And there is no other alternative shower for taking a quick bath
