PATHETIC, UNHYGENIC, UNHEALTHY HOTEL

Only good thing is it is very close to Golden Temple

Everything, no windows in any rooms so no fresh air, AC not working so have to breathe the air in the room as no ventilation. Cleaning seems to be done ages ago, furnitures broken, walls & tiles are dirty, seems there is no housekeeping staff in the hotel.

Easy accessibility to golden temple & market ( Majorly it's location is what I liked)

1.Poor Customer service - I had ordered tea yesterday morning, evening & today's morning, hotels staff everytime took more than 1 hour to deliver. 2. Parking issue - They had parked my car & someone had bagged my car. It had a scratch & dent. If I wouldn't have made the payment during the check out. I would have not given them single penny. 3. Washroom issue - Washroom was not cleaned, shower was not working fine. The exhaust fan was not working fine. 4. Room had broken painting & the electric kettle was not working. I would like to conclude by saying - I have been staying for the last 3 years, thrice a year BUT this time it was a PATHETIC experience.

Passable

Best point very close location to Golden temple. Not 100 meter but about 700 meter.

Staff were not supportive. Even they do not keep copy of payment. Ambience is not very good. Staires are too high to carry luggage. Room size is very small.

It is in the middle of Amritsar old city and just next to Partition Museum as well. Breakfast and dinner is tasty as well.

Reception staff are not good at speaking English. Manners are misunderstandable. International credit cards are not accepteble. It is terrible.

The Location was good,being there for 2 days most of the time we were outside,having some discomfort

The Location

The cleaning of the premises, rooms were very dark, the facilities were not up to the mark, bed sheet towels were not fresh, dusty place at the most of corners. Staff was in hurry to collect the all the room charges at the time of the checking.
