Not recommended with big luggages or leg-problems

The breakfast options were next to the hotel, both of them have delicious foods, good coffee. The metro station is appr 1 min walk at the corner. Staff is kind and after check out they provide (somewhere else nearby) shower possiblity. Minibar was free with some nn alkoholista drinks and chips .

However they have an elevator between the floors but there are stairs also on the corridormore times and more pieces so up and down always to reka h the room. They provide just 1 big towel for everthing for hand, body, hair, etcif you ask additional one (at least a small hand towel), within some time they can arrange. Also there are stairs again in room and you have to go up to toilet and shower. Before arrival they make a full price deposit on your credit which was more than 1 month to get back (i know it is not fully their fault but other hotels make deposit of 1 night fee and not a full price fee ) t a stay with 4-5 nights it is already a quite huge amount additionally immadiatelly after arrival you have to pay also bill. View was terrible, other rooms were visible. The curtain was not working perfectly so long sleeping was also not possible. On foot quite far away from sightseeing attractions.

Eastern hospitality

The hotel is very well situated, 50 m from the MRT, 5-8 mins by foot from the beautiful Chinatown. The kindness, hospitality and helpfullness of the staff is exceptionnal. The breakfast is very good, you can choose between two cafes, kind of French/American or the healthy way with organic meals. Maybe it would be interesting specially for western guests to give a local meal possibility too.

Exceptional reception staff (particularly Jay) that were very welcoming and attentive. Clean, well-fitted room with comfy bed and complimentary minibar. Partner hotel within a one minute walk provided facilities for us to shower and change before our flight home.

Slightly pricey but we visited during peak season.

Prime real estate, subprime sleep quality

Good location, central to most activities and one of the closest to the MBS - if you're heading to events at the conference centre. Breakfast options were outstanding, both cafes served nice food and great service.

The room itself was tiny, just a narrow strip right next to the elevator. But worse, throughout the day and at night, there was a constant whirring sound of an hvac system, which was quite the disturbance given my long stay. I would advise not to book a single room because you'd end up in the residual spaces within the building that are not great for long stays and a good night's rest.

The staff are fabulous and so is the location.

The location is excellent, right across from an MRT station.

A couple of stairs to go to bathroom in the night were a bit tricky, but there are night lights on them.

Quirky place to stay, with their single rooms best avoided

Good location, bordering on Chinatown and the CBD. The reception staff were lovely. Friendly and knowledgeable.

The room was described as cozy which meant small, very small. I was travelling alone and knew there was a single bed which I didnt mind. However, I had to turn sideways to navigate the length of the room, twice bashing myself on the TV, in the process. Just about adequate for one night, no longer.

Loved our stay and will definitely stop again.

Love the hotel - front entrance looks like a temple and leads into a kind of museum commemorating early chinese immigrants, reception is behind this. Staff are all very friendly, efficient and always happy to help in any way. Room is clean comfortable and well equipped.
